Vitamins that people with Celiac must take!

People with Celiac disease tend to lack quite a few vitamins and minerals, due to them not being able to eat specific foods, and not being able to absorb some vitamins effectively.  This is why it is very important for people with Celiac to take extra vitamins, in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. People diagnosed with celiac disease are commonly deficient in fiber, iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, folate, niacin, riboflavin, vitamin B12, and vitamin D, as well as in calories and protein. Deficiencies in copper and vitamin B6 are also possible, but less common.  Here is a list of all the vitamins I take to make sure I get all the vitamins I need.

These vitamins are not only tasty, but high in vitamins A, B, C, D, B's, and zinc, and they are great for overall stomach health.

You can check off calcium and Vitamin D deficiency with these Honest Company gummies, and they are also delicious and come in strawberry, orange, banana, and other natural flavors.
